Information We Collect

When you request a quote or contact us through this website, we may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or project address, requested service, window details, project timing, comments, and any project photos you attach.

How We Use Your Information

We use submitted information to review your project, respond to your inquiry, prepare or discuss an estimate, provide customer service, and protect the website from spam or abuse. We do not use the quote form to sell your personal information.

Project Photo Uploads

If photo uploads are enabled, accepted images are security-checked and prepared for delivery with your quote request. The website plugin is designed to remove its temporary processed copies after the email attempt is completed. Copies may still exist in the recipient’s email system or normal server/email backups according to those systems’ retention practices.

Cloudflare Turnstile

This website may use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to provide that security service according to its own privacy practices.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use essential browser storage or cookies for security, form functionality, and remembering your cookie preference. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. Retention in email and hosting systems may vary.

Your Choices

You may contact us if you want to ask about personal information you previously submitted through this website. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, certain access, correction, or deletion requests may be available.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
